Yeah i think it does, except *maybe* in one case, wich is debug purposes:

- user installs the applet and adds it to gnome panel
- module "foo" fails to load due to unkown reason(could be bug, or
something else)

a user may be clueless about this, or think the module is missing, or
even that that module doesnt even exist, unless he tries to debug the
applet through the console.

ofcourse that the usefullness of showing the messages from
requirements will be close to none to most users (specially when
untranslated) but there *could* be a case where they would come in
handy.


having said this, IMHO there's no point implementing it if it will
just make things more confusing...
