speaking as a user, the more descriptive the better. I don't see why
deskbar needs a facypants name, esp. if it is going to be a gnome
specific applet. Also I tried searching the archive, but didn't find
any references to quicksilver (http://quicksilver.blacktree.com/ OS X
only), which is the only app that really reminds me of what the
deskbar is aiming to do. From what I've seen on my friends' computers
is that it is a little more action oriented than "search" oriented,
but seeing what that muine patch is, it might prove an interesting
example of what's possible
