I ment to say that the plug-ins should be controlable from the GUI, CLI,
and libbeagle.  I find that queryables in the Global domain generally
require some sort of settings or properties for proper execution.  This
would be great if they could easily be set by the user through one of the
runtime interfaces. This would fix one of the issues with the GoogleDriver
about having to set an API key via environment variable.
