    Revert "Bump up the libarchive version"
    
    This reverts commit 84f86e3bbbf89658bd283bdb3cc51c0e4c48bfdd.
    
    Turns out that libarchive 3.2 requires an updated liblzma as well; this
    will likely be complicated.
