Could you reword or expand on this last one? I'd expect
dependencies/inputs/upstream changes to affect the build.
Yes - I'm referring to situations where dependencies/inputs/upstreams
are brought in to a build without any control on versioning/provenance -
for example when a build system expects to bring in dependencies from
the internet, which may have changed or even disappeared since the last
time.
So maybe better wording would be:
- builds are affected/modified by uncontrolled
dependencies/inputs/upstream changes
Does that make sense?
