Your Banshee experience will likely be better if you convince Fedora to
include that commit, I will poke meebey about pushing it upstream.

I'm not familiar with the associated code, but I'm assuming this is a
much better place for the initialisation workaround than the GConf2
patch I've been using up until now.

I've had some trouble getting in touch with Fedora's gnome-sharp
maintainer (regarding another package), and as I'm not a provenpackager
I can't help to patch gnome-sharp directly, but I'll see what I can do
to help push things on the Fedora side.
