Banshee, naturally. The play queue is in "Fill manually" mode by default. While playing a playlist, you can just select any track, or group of tracks, and just add it to the play queue via the context menu (right click), drag-and-drop, or just pressing "q". It sounds like you haven't tried using Banshee yet. Instead of wasting your time asking if Banshee can do this or that, why not install it and try it for yourself?
