[Banshee-List] Banshee library is corrupted, and sqlite dump doesn't repair. Help?

At some point recently, my library got corrupted.  When it tries to update
smart playlists, it crashes.  I have lots of info filed at this bug report:

I have tried doing the classic sqlite dump to repair it, which has worked in
the past, but has not solved this issue.  My Banshee that I know I love is
basically unusable at this point.  Are there any suggestions on ways to
repair the library?
