Ok, that's good news.
I followed the instruction here (copy&paste)
http://banshee.fm/download/development/#osx.

$ git clone git://github.com/abock/bockbuild.git 
$ cd bockbuild/profiles/banshee 
$ ./darwin.py -bv

Looks like the git repo has moved and the page was not up to date.
Curious, which page would be the de-facto Mac instruction page?
