If you're able to reproduce this on another 2.0 to 2.2 upgrade, you should definitely open a new bug report: http://banshee.fm/file-bugs

With the Banshee installation that isn't working, does it still say that you're logged in to last.fm in Edit > Preferences > Source Specific > Last.fm?
