I guess I'm number four, then, and I actually had reported it awhile ago, but
I closed it because I didn't run into the issue for several weeks, and I
could never track it down (nothing useful in the --debug logs, but maybe
--debug-sql is more useful).
When it started happening again, I figured it was something wrong with my
build/configuration/database. Looks like the problem is more common than
that, and someone should either report it, or we should reopen
