Ok, I kinda figured that's what was happening.

I hope I have addressed two separate issues with non-US storefronts.

Please test the latest git master and confirm. That would be much
appreciated. Details are here:

I'll have a poke at this when I get a chance, maybe tonight. I'm assuming if I want to test the cookie bit I'll have to start with a clean config directory?
