[Banshee-List] Is Banshee using the depricated last.fm API? (last.fm no longer streams)

Is Banshee using the depricated last.fm API? And if so is this planning to be
rectified.

Below is the problem I am having, and it seems many other people are also.

Running Banshee 1.4.3: [Ubuntu jaunty (development branch) (linux-gnu, i486)
@ 2009-03-22 18:04:14 UTC]
[Warn 14:32:55.637] Cannot connect to NetworkManager - An available, working
network connection will be assumed

Wireshark shows a 'RST/ACK' from 195.24.233.48

This relates to issue (kingpin5.lastfm.com refusing connections) more
information at URL:
http://www.last.fm/group/Last.fm+Web+Services/forum/21604/_/548387

This would appear to be due to a change in the API, announcement (The Future
of Last.fm Radio APIs) made at URL:
