We don't have a HardwareManager backend for Windows - that's great
you're working on it!
HardwareManager is in progress and PortableDevice COM is fixed.
 
I saw in the meeting minute that you would provide windows support for the next banshee version.
I would like to help you. Which are the task that you think are priority ?

And if you have the pdb file for libbanshee that would be great, I'm not able to run the GStreamer backend, this failed on the bp_initialize_pipeline function and I don't know why. And wihtout the pdb file, debug is impossible.
