Try installing all of these:
http://abock.org/~aaron/hal-0.5.6-33.14.4.x86_64.rpm
http://abock.org/~aaron/hal-gnome-0.5.6-33.14.4.x86_64.rpm
http://abock.org/~aaron/hal-devel-0.5.6-33.14.4.x86_64.rpm
These are actually built against FCS not SP1 like the i586 package, so
it should fit right in, though the same disclaimer applies.
