[Banshee-List] Radio / Podcast PlugIn codec error?

Sorry if this has been answered before in the list or is available elsewhere, - I have looked through the banshee site to no avail.  Any time that I click play on a podcast / radio station in banshee, there is a no codec available error thrown...

I'm on 10.2 with

The gstreamer came from the packman repo.

Any ideas?  Do I need lame??  what is the codec?
