[HEAD][patch] print all signatures

Hi all,

below is a rather small patch for today's HEAD to enable printing of *all*  
signatures, including those of inline signed RFC 2440 parts as well as of  
inline signed multipart/encrypted ones (like those being sent by mozilla/ 
enigmail).

Any comments?
