Good! I guess you found `hide deleted'...

That still leaves the question of whether Balsa should select 
another message when you delete the current one, and *don't* 
`hide deleted'--other users have asked for that feature. It could 
be implemented, but
- should it be?
and if so,
- as the sole behavior?
- or user-configurable?
and if user-configurable,
- the default behavior?
