If you want to hint a sysop to a spam leak, (s)he should not be confused
about the headers... (o.k., maybe Winbloze people). Anyway, the simple
solution for you is to do a forward->inline, mark the header lines you
want in the message display and copy'n'paste them.

Personally, I dislike that, and IMHO forwarding as attachments is much
better, in particular as PGP signatures are kept intact (ok, ok, that's my
private playground ;-)). Maybe a File->insert headers menu item in the
compose window would do the job? An other pref option doesn't sound as a
good solution to me.
