When I read abuse@ at work (sigh) I ignore the reports that contain obviously
edited messages. I believe that's the common practice. Not relevant to the  
feature discussion, but relevant to your success :)

I rather dislike the outlook way of reply/forward but that's a personal  
taste.

As for bounce, I myself pretty much abandoned it. It's confusing for the  
receiver - attaching is much clearer.

It makes sense for the people who need to type with diferent charsets. If you  
don't understand the menu just ignore it.
