Few things about balsa-2.0.3

Hi,

tried new balsa series and finaly decided to switch from mutt but
few things are still missing ->

 - could balsa remember last window position (placement) like for example pan
 - could balsa remember mailbox sortment in mailbox name pane
 - how can I sort by From or Subject field
 - can we have an option for delete action to advance to next unread
 - can we have an option for composing reply with _already_ _included_ quote
 - does insert signature option really work
 - can we have `rot13 selected text` option
