the icon megapatch is in, hopefully correctly (the number of affected 
files was rather large but most of the changes are of s/x/y/g type). The 
code to handle the toolbar update nicely has been added few days ago: when 
upgrade is detected, the toolbar is reset to default. (the problem is with 
downgrade, older balsas tend to choke on unexpected configuration data).
