Shortcut conflict

Hi,

I would like to get some opinions about the shortcut conflict we have in 
balsa.
Ctrl-A has been assigned long time ago to "Send queued mail" but it seem 
to fit better to recently added "Mark all" (BTW, would not "select all" be 
better?)

The questions are:
1. should the Ctrl-A shortcut be assinged to "mark/select all"?
2. if so, what shortcut would be best for "send queued mail"?
