I found this until I worked out which bit of the cursor was being used (ie.
where the cursor hotspot is) - it's not the top left of the right angled
bit.  For moving, it's the tip of the little arrow insode it.  I never copy
messages between folders so I'm not sure where the cross's hotspot is.
