Debian package uploaded, in the nick of time

Hi all,

At the last moment before the freeze, I uploaded a basically working
binary of balsa 0.6.0. The only notable problem with it is it has no
documentation, since the docs required a newer version of docbook than the
one I had. But the important think is that debian 2.2 (potato) will have
balsa 0.6 in it, which is basically functional (much more so that 0.4.9,
anyhow).

The other problem I mentioned, freezing on IMAP mailboxes, went away when
I came up to university again, so I'm guessing that it just isn't handling
slow/high latency connections (my modem link) very well. It bears more
investigation, but didn't seem important enough to delay the upload.
