Problems getting balsa to build

I've installed the autoconf, automake, libtool, gob and gettext packages
but cannot get balsa to configure. I'm not an autoconf guru, so I'm at a
loss. I'm attaching the console output from running ./autogen.sh in the
balsa tree from CVS. It's appears to me that it's complaining about a
bunch of missing M4 macros? Any assistance would be appreciated.
