I think we got 2 options (host it at NIPA, or look for a room in a local university as a pre-event) to arrange this training session, and we should consider after the deadline of CFP passed and details from Eleanor.

another venue for the day before? It's not uncommon for these kinds of
sessions to be held somewhere else from the main venue as they tend to be
smaller. We could even get a classroom at a university, for example.
