BoF should be hosted at rooms which we may move tables and chairs easily, to allocate open spaces or have some group discussions with tables/chairs.Hi, Simon,If we provide food & drink to BoF, we should ask NIPA whether it is allowed to have food & drink at rooms, and also where should we put the food & drink (if we should put them outsides rooms).
