Hi, Simon,

If we provide food & drink to BoF, we should ask NIPA whether it is allowed to have food & drink at rooms, and also where should we put the food & drink (if we should put them outsides rooms).

BoF should be hosted at rooms which we may move tables and chairs easily, to allocate open spaces or have some group discussions with tables/chairs.
