While we need enthusiatic people to promote
GNOME, there is a fine line between being eager and being pushy.

Oops, maybe our energy levels don't match.

Are you doing everything yourself? If so please split out the jobs priority-wise and among your team-mates.

I am not expecting everything to get everything done on just one day by one person!

Did I assign a particular timeline to anyone? I always asked for volunteers, who are themselves willing to take up tasks!

Please don't say yes, if you think you might not be able to do it.

Maybe I was overwhelmed seeing the amount of work done in so many days, by so many co-ordinators and was trying to balance the gap?

All we want is success in the end? Don't you see that coming?

I want to let all know about the variety of things yet to be done and that we should not be free for a minute!

I hope to see a nice graph going up in terms of tasks accomplished over the week.

But please  don't miss on details and in the end, take your time! :)

 

This
is partly because mailing list is not really design for task tracking
and so we need to be careful not to overwhelm this mailing list. We
need prioritied lists otherwise suggestions in this mailing list will
be easy missed or ignored. Also, it takes times to get the tasks
completed. For example, as a former British colony, Hong Kong still
has Easter as public holidays. Combining with another Chinese
traditional festival, a number of our contacts were (and still are) on
holdiay for the week. Please excuse me if I do not give the details of
the delays in each of these tasks. I will give updates in this mailing
list once I have any important news.

That's ok. Didn't I say one week was more than enough?

 

Beside the tasks at hand, I also hope to see that we will build
friendships and working relationships in and beyond this conference.
