Since we have at least release team, marketing team, gnome.asia team 
joining the headfest, maybe 1 big room plus 1 or 2 smaller rooms if 
available / possible? it will be good to have at least 2 rooms, if 
possible 3 rooms for different teams to work on different things. Thanks!
