I had initally asked for one big room for 20 people. I shall try for 3
rooms. Shouldn't be a huge problem though.

I can hardly count 13 names. I'd need exact number of people & names.
It might be tough to go back and add more names :-( I'll wait for a
few days before proceeding on this.
