Dear Vikash,

This is not considered a proposal. The hackfest is for GNOME core developers working on GNOME release and anything related specifically to GNOME 3.0 that requires them to be together.

Finding bug just requires you to be at home and run GNOME 3.0 from the latest build which is what a lot of us do everyday.

Should you really be interested to attend the hackfest you need to come with a serious plan to work on very specific area of GNOME 3.0.
