I'd say its fair enough to say that if you are so late to sponsor, we
may not be able to add you to printed materials etc etc. Also, when
deciding travel sponsorships, you gotto have iterations, if things go
very late. I know its tough, but we can't commit travel until we get
money and some companies won't sponsor till they know who all are
coming and  going to make the event big.
