Location is decided based on the strength of the proposal submitted. I
would recommended review the selected proposal this year, how it was
rated and building a strong local team (which should be easy now,
considering all the people wanting this to happen).
In short, conference participants wanting GNOME.Asia to happen in their
country need to build a local organizing team for this to happen.
Clicking on a poll is not quite enough yet. ;-)
