GNOME.Asia Summit 2011 - change Hackfest duration

Dear all,

Due to feedback from the survey plus Boston Summit and discussion within 
the GNOME.Asia committee last meeting, We have decided to shorten the 
days of the hackfest from 5 days to 3 days. So the event will include a 
3-day private hackfest and 1-day conference.
