Well sure there is, but RMS has been numerous time in Beijing, he is
picking a date with when all students will be back in their hometown and
most foreigner in their home country.
And since he really makes always the same talk... after 3-4 visits
people tend not to be so interested.
As a Beijing LUG ex-president and core member, we can definitely have
him again (which is why I asked him if he had his schedule) but i doubt
this warrants a trip to Beijing.

Are there any GNU/Linux User Group meetings or other community events
happening when RMS will be in Beijing? It would be good to check with
such groups and see if they need a speaker in this timeframe.

How many participants (seats)are expected ? Who are them, are they

Who is the organizor for this speech ? Is the venue free or you can pay
for it ?
August is the Summer time for students, I would suggest the organizor
contact univeristy first. Like Tsinghua University and Peking
Univeristy, BUPT, BUAA, etc.
