This year the GNOME.Asia committee has a limited budget to send a couple of speakers to the Summit. Generally, we will follow the GNOME Foundation travel policy, please first go to the Travel Committee page
for instructions on how to submit a request for sponsorship. We also have some special requirement for GNOME.Asia Summit 2009:
1. We only sponsor speakers.
2. To make it easy, the GNOME.Asia Committee reimburses only for travel costs (plane ticket, train and bug ticket), No lodging costs
(hotel, hostel). You need to give a copy of the receipt to organizer when you are in the summit.
3. Interested people send application to travel-committee gnome org, we will choose them based on the priority and budget. The cut off date is November 6, 2009.
4. Be sure you have sent your talk proposal to committee gnome asia before you request for travel sponsorship.
5. You will get the final confirmation on November 9, 2009.
