[Anjuta-list] how can i debug a program whit anjuta?

hi, friends of anjuta:

 i'm a cuban boy, i'm not a professional whit this language but i
 gonna tray it

 my problem is, i make a simple sourcer c program with anjuta, and
 when i tray it to debug this program, the anjuta send me a message
 telling me that there  is not a *.exe file for this program, but i
 press the f11 button and he made the *.exe file, i start it debug,
 but then he tell me this message again.

 the order problem is, when i use a project and debug it, i don't
 have  error, but is not easy make a project every time for simples
 program that i take form a book of c/c++.

 well friends i hope you help me, i gonna wait for this help.
