[Anjuta-list] Handling of build files in subdirectories

As I read in the Anjuta manual, it is up to the developer to handle the
build files in a project's subdirs (Makefile.in, Makefile.am, etc.). 

Is there an 'easy' way of doing this if I do not have a single idea how
to create such files?
