Re: [anjuta-devel] Anjuta Accessibility

Sebastien,

Here are the two commands I use in Debian to set accessibility stuff on:

dbus-launch gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.a11y.applications
screen-reader-enabled true
dbus-launch gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface
toolkit-accessibility true

(long lines might wrap in email)

And to inspect the settings:

gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.a11y.applications screen-reader-enabled
gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.interface toolkit-accessibility

It's open suse 13.2 running Gnome 3. I have just check screen reader in
the top right menu.

I think I am right in druid that it creates a framework from the UI file
and then 'fills-in' property pages itself.

Yes, most things happen in the function cb_druid_add_property.

Don't let this take you away from your usual development path, I guess
bug fixes are more important.

Well, I have nothing really in progress at the moment.

It would be very nice to have Anjuta
accessible and I really think it is doable, but if a blind programmer
like me can get involved and help then that would be good.

Yes, sure. I think I can at least reply to your questions.

Regards,

Sébastien
