Hi all!

In general I guess it would be easier to just not show the header files
in the project-manager in case we need to detect lots of stuff just to
disable/enable that feature.

It is more important to actually scan the correct files into the
database and show good autocompletion choices/calltips.

I am still trying to figure out how to make that easiest with the
system-db-refactor branch but I haven't found a perfect solution, yet.
