I notice that some recent build of xsltproc issues warning messages
for namespace URIs that aren't absolute. Yuck. How do I turn that off?
It's particularly annoying because Xalan requires (or used to, maybe
it's changed) that the namespace URIs that identify extension
functions and elements be Java class names which are "relative".
