[xml] XmlReader: documentation question

Hi,
The xmlreader documentation said the same thing for both
xmlTextReaderReadInnerXml and xmlTextReaderReadOuterXml. Is it a documentation
error or the two functions do exactly the same thing ?
Otherwise, what's the difference between them both ?
