[xml] xmllint --valid failed with windows binary(2.7.6)

Hello,

I tried following version and they finished in success.
 * libxml2 v2.7.3(windows binary)
 * libxml2 v2.7.6(compiled from source on cygwin 1.7.1)
But I got the following error message when I ran xmllint 2.7.6 with windows
binary.

Is there something changed by v2.7.6?

My environment:
   Windows XP
   libxml2 version2.7.6
   (downloaded from
http://xmlsoft.org/sources/win32/libxml2-2.7.6.win32.zip)
   No environment variable SGML_CATALOG_FILES nor XML_CATALOG_FILES

Command:
xmllint --noout --valid test.xml
