Bill Brack emailed some sample code for a workaround in which the
correct line number is obtained from the file info rather than the node
structure. I've implemented this and it seems to be working fine with
line numbers over 65535. Thanks!
Bill also suggested I look into using the new structured error handler.
Can someone point me to some sample code that uses it?
