Hello!
there seem to be some issues with xmllint compilation with html parser turned
off - html and xmlout are declared inside a #ifdef LIBXML_HTML_ENABLED block,
but used in the code outside of such ifdef blocks. I'm not sure if wrapping
other occurances with #ifdefs does't disturb other functionality.
