  Sorry this list will not work under those constraints, please remove this
from future postings, this is not acceptable bindings for an open-source
project. If you disagree simply forget about getting free support from
the community. As the leader for this project I cannot accept the constraints
you state there and hereby refuse to be bound by them ! If you or your
management can't release those constraints, get a consultant or an external
party not bound by those to interract with us.
