When it's in a different location, I want to supply this location via
set XML_CATALOG_FILES=/foo/bar/catalog
This also doesn't work:
"Variable $SGML_CATALOG_FILES not set"
Just a guess: you're using "xmllint --catalogs", right?
In that case, don't! --catalogs is specifically
for activating SGML catalogs, hence the error message.
Setting XML_CATALOG_FILES works perfectly on windows.
