Actually this was more of a 'contribution' for win32 users that made use
of Win32 Inet functions to provide SSL/authentication support to
libxml2.  It didn't make use of OpenSSL.

I have!  I can resubmit it if people want but it isn't really a
candidate to be put in cvs b/c it is win32 only.  The only thing I
changed since the regular patch is I now use win32 inet for http and
https to make use of built in caching provided.

  Any chance you can synchronize with Aleksey and Igor and provide an
unified patch ?
